   The Douglasville Convention & Visitors Bureau provides complimentary welcome bags for group events with hotel reservations made at a Douglasville hotel. Welcome bags include promotional items and Douglasville visitor and attraction information. A personalized welcome letter from the City of Douglasville mayor is also available upon request for welcome bags. Welcome bags must be requested at least two weeks prior to event date with confirmed hotel information.

    Welcome bags are only available for group events booked at a hotel within the Douglasville city limits. A list of Douglasville hotels is available on the visitdouglasville.com website under the "Places to Stay" tab on the homepage. Upon confirmation of hotel reservation, welcome bags will be ready for pickup 48 hours prior to event date. Welcome bags must be requested at least two weeks prior to event date.
