Stand Up. Speak Up. Stop Bullying on purple and yellow background

Douglas County middle school students in grades 6–8 are invited to participate in the 2026 “Stand Up. Speak Up. Stop Bullying.” Anti-Bullying Poster Contest.

Students are encouraged to create original posters that promote kindness, respect, inclusion, and standing up against bullying. Finalists will advance to countywide judging, and winners will be announced in October 2026.

How to Enter

  • Create an original poster that promotes an anti-bullying message.
  • Use an 11-inch by 17-inch poster size.
  • Use markers, crayons, colored pencils, paint, or other school-approved materials.
  • Follow all contest rules and requirements.
  • Submit your poster to your school’s designated teacher or counselor by the deadline.

Contest opens September 2026
Student submission deadline Friday, October 9, 2026
School finalists due Monday, October 19, 2026
Final judging October 20–23, 2026
Winners announced Monday, October 26, 2026

Prizes

  • First place: Laptop and certificate
  • Second place: Beats headphones and certificate
  • Third place: $100 gift card and certificate
  • Fourth place: $50 gift card and certificate

Additional prizes may be awarded.
